At CEF, we identify, coordinate, and connect resources through partnerships to support students and educators within the South Sioux City Community School District.

OUR HISTORY
The Foundation was originally incorporated in November 1983, by members of the community. The Foundation began the Annual Honors Banquet to recognize students in the South Sioux City School District in grades 9-12 whom had achieved high academic standings by soliciting the community businesses to help pay for students meals at the banquet. We continue our efforts to secure funding to benefit and support the South Sioux City School District with our non-profit Cardinal Education Foundation.
