Congratulations to Spencer Scoville, a senior at South Sioux City High School, for being named one of just 118 Nebraska high school students as a National Merit Scholarship semifinalist! This prestigious recognition puts Spencer among the top less than 1% of U.S. high school seniors.
Spencer now has the opportunity to compete for one of 6,870 National Merit Scholarships, which will be awarded next spring. His dedication to academics and involvement in Math Honors Society, School Musical, Quiz Bowl, Strategy Games Club, Esports, and Peer Tutoring highlight his outstanding accomplishments.
